This is a software tool that converts Lotus Notes data in NSF format to Outlook PST format.
When you need to, for whatever reason, to migrate from Lotus Notes to the MS Outlook you will need a tool that will let you carry your legacy stuff with you. Not only that, it would be ideal, if you could read all that Lotus Note stuff, whenever required. Thus what you will need is a tool that reads NSF database contents to retrieve all your email, appointments, contacts and so on in Notes and convert them to PST. This tool can do that quite easily. While this free tool is to get you a taste of what can be done, you will need a full version to manage any reasonably sized NSF database. The process is really simple and the interface makes it all quite easy. To their credit, the publisher’s have provided a training video that brings out the exact process and shows how easy it is. If you are going to try this tool, checkout the video first.
You open the NSF file and get a scan started. You will get clear indications of whether the emails are being scanned or calendar or contacts are being scanned. When that is done, they are displayed as inbox, sent and other category files. You operate from the tab marked for the kind of file like emails, calendar, contacts, to do lists and personal journals. Once scanned, individual items could be viewed. You then convert/export and choose a file for it. You could also choose if you want to do, to older versions of Outlook or the 2003/2007 that handles Unicode. This is an easy to use, simple tool.
